Yes! The account number you had previously is the one you will have going forward. The PIN you used previously to access the account has not changed. The name of the program changed on 7/1/26. Your account details remain the same.
No! All of your points, offers and status remain as it was.
Yes! But we encourage you to get a new Ember Rewards card so that you are recognized as a current member and have the benefits associated with your tier. All you need to do is stop by and get a new card during your next visit.
Yes! Status and benefits carried over from Lucky North® Rewards to Ember Rewards as of 7/1/26. The same earning thresholds and dates apply going forward. The tier levels are below with how they correspond to old Lucky North® names.

New members always start at the Spark tier. As you reach higher point thresholds by earning tier points throughout a calendar year, you will attain new tier status and increased benefits.

Ember Rewards tier status renews annually. Members earn tier points each calendar year (January 1 – December 31), to obtain status for the following calendar year.
Ember Rewards members earn tier status through earning tier points. Tier points are earned by inserting your card into the machine while you are playing or providing to a dealer for table games or poker so that you can earn points as you play.
Tier points are earned at the same time as you earn reward points, but don’t include points earned via point multipliers or prizes.
Yes! If at any time during the calendar year you achieve a higher tier than your current level, you’ll be upgraded immediately for the remainder of the current year and the subsequent year.
For example, if your current tier is Spark and you reach 1,000 points in September 2026, you will immediately receive Ignite status valid through December 2027. And, if you earn a higher status after that, you will be immediately upgraded again.
Points will only expire after 6 full months of inactivity. As long as you have active play on your account, your points will never expire.
For example, if you last visited May 15, 2026, your points would expire the first day of January 2027.
Currently, Ember Rewards members at Southland Hotel Casino, Mardi Gras Resort & Casino and Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack may use the card they have at any of those locations, as well as with Ember Casino, your premier destination for online gaming in West Virginia and Ember Jackpot Casino, our free online gaming experience packed with over 200+ of your favorite real-world games.
Members at other properties do not have the ability to use their account in multiple properties or online, but that feature is coming soon!
