Yes! The account number you had previously is the one you will have going forward. The PIN you used previously to access the account has not changed. The name of the program changed on 7/1/26. Your account details remain the same.

Yes! But we encourage you to get a new Ember Rewards card so that you are recognized as a current member and have the benefits associated with your tier. All you need to do is stop by and get a new card during your next visit.

Yes! Status and benefits carried over from Lucky North^® Rewards to Ember Rewards as of 7/1/26. The same earning thresholds and dates apply going forward. The tier levels are below with how they correspond to old Lucky North^® names.

New members always start at the Spark tier. As you reach higher point thresholds by earning tier points throughout a calendar year, you will attain new tier status and increased benefits.

Ember Rewards tier status renews annually. Members earn tier points each calendar year (January 1 – December 31), to obtain status for the following calendar year.

Ember Rewards members earn tier status through earning tier points. Tier points are earned by inserting your card into the machine while you are playing or providing to a dealer for table games or poker so that you can earn points as you play.

Tier points are earned at the same time as you earn reward points, but don’t include points earned via point multipliers or prizes.

Yes! If at any time during the calendar year you achieve a higher tier than your current level, you’ll be upgraded immediately for the remainder of the current year and the subsequent year. 

For example, if your current tier is Spark and you reach 1,000 points in September 2026, you will immediately receive Ignite status valid through December 2027. And, if you earn a higher status after that, you will be immediately upgraded again.

Points will only expire after 6 full months of inactivity. As long as you have active play on your account, your points will never expire.

For example, if you last visited May 15, 2026, your points would expire the first day of January 2027.

Currently, Ember Rewards members at Southland Hotel Casino, Mardi Gras Resort & Casino and Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack may use the card they have at any of those locations, as well as with Ember Casino, your premier destination for online gaming in West Virginia, New Jersey and Ember Jackpot Casino, our free online gaming experience packed with over 200+ of your favorite real-world games.

Members at other properties do not have the ability to use their account at multiple properties or online, but that feature is coming soon!

Yes! If you are a tiered rewards member at a local/select regional casino to any of our properties, we will instantly match your Ember Rewards status to the corresponding level. Just bring your competitor rewards card to the Ember Rewards desk at the property.

You can earn points every time you play poker or live table games with your Ember Rewards card.*

Hand your Ember Rewards card to a team member prior to taking part in a game to ensure your account is properly credited. 

Table Games: 200 points per hour played.

Poker: 80 points per hour played.

Accounts are updated at the end of each business day. Total points are credited to accounts and posted on the following business day after the points were earned.

You can redeem points for great rewards including cash rewards, food, gift cards and more! It’s your choice how you’d like to use your rewards.

Cash Rewards: For every 1,000 points you earn, you may redeem for $5 in cash reward value.

Food & Beverage: Only 800 points to redeem a $5 voucher, a 20% discount.

Cash Rewards: Swipe your Ember Rewards card at our rewards kiosk and redeem for the voucher amount you wish. Bring that voucher to the Cashier’s Cage to receive your reward.

Food & Beverage: Swipe your Ember Rewards card at our rewards kiosk and redeem for the voucher amount you wish. Bring that voucher to use at any outlet when ordering.

No. Membership in Ember Rewards is limited to you, and use of the card may not be shared or transferred. Misuse of the card or membership will result in loss of the card, all accumulated points, and any other services offered in connection with your membership.
